Policies and Rates

  • My professional rate is: $160 per hour 

    This fee covers the time spent in consultation, evaluation, treatment, and/or service delivery. Time is rounded to the next 15-minute interval.

  • In addition to the hourly rate, patients are responsible for the cost of any materials or products used during care. Examples of chargeable materials include, but are not limited to:

    • Hearing aids ($750 to $1500 per device)

    • Hearing Aid Accessories

    • Custom ear molds or impressions

    • Hearing aid supplies (e.g., domes, wax guards, batteries, receivers)

    A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of hearing aid selection. This deposit ensures coverage of costs associated with the ordering, delivery and preparation of hearing devices.

    The cost for hearing devices and associated materials will be clearly itemized on an invoice. Prices may vary based on supplier rates and clinical need. 

  • A consultation with hearing evaluation and hearing aid selection may look like this:

    • 45 Minute Consultation: $120

    • Hearing Aid Deposit: $200

    • Total Due: $320

  • My rate includes travel within 15 miles by car of Trumansburg, NY. Travel outside of this service area will be billed at my hourly rate.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card payments. A 4% fee will be added to credit card transactions.

    ‍For virtual visits, an invoice will be sent at the conclusion of the appointment.
